Well, how did they make this sushi? In fact, this food is

Preparation.
You can get this fish in the fish market close to where you
live. Provide several pieces or cut mackerel, clean the fish with water. Cut
and sliced mackerel finely with a knife. If you do, save this fish in a bowl
or suitable container.
Provided the shallots, sliced onions and mashed it with a

Dusun. This recipe is very rare in these islands in a typical day. Even so,
many of these recipes are served at certain seasons such as the Harvest
festival and the festival was held in May in all the islands of northern Borneo
Sabah.
The food is served along with traditional drinks such as the
'siopon' and 'linutau' (drink made from rice and mixed with yeast). In my
opinion, this recipe is very unique and delicious eaten together with rice.
This recipe tastes sour, spicy and delicious.
